3.      MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETINGS

 

·         Minutes of the Parish Council meeting 16th December 2010 – enclosed

·         Minutes of the Parish Council planning meeting 6th January 2011 – enclosed.

 

 

4.      MATTERS ARISING

 

·         Cllr. Nelson to make recommendations on the Draft Supplementary Planning Document prior to a Council response in February 2011.

·         The Clerk to send the village green application for Patshull Green to Shropshire Council.

·         Cllr. D Beechey to initiate further discussions with Mr J Foster to enact the agreements in the working party report over the creation of extra allotments.

·         Cllr. D Beechey to organise another meeting of the Tourism Working Party in January 2011 and contact Shropshire Tourism regarding the creation of a new website, brown signs and a survey of the Albrighton district.

11.  DOG FOULING IN ALBRIGHTON AND POSSIBLE REMEDIES – Letter from Mr. C Cherrington enclosed.

 

12.  FURTHER CONSIDERATION OF THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENTS EAST OF SHAW LANE FOLLOWING THE PRESENTATION BY MR. DAVID THOMPSON ON 6TH JANUARY, 2011 AND ENSURING THAT A COHERENT VIEW OF DEVELOPMENT IN THE VILLAGE OVER THE COMING YEARS IS FORMULATED – Cllr. J Nelson.
