  1. ALBRIGHTON AND DONINGTON LEISURE PARTNERSHIP – To receive notes of meeting of 25th November and leisure partnership policy – papers enclosed.

 

  1. LICENCE TO PLANT IN THE HIGHWAY VERGE – To consider a licence to plant at Patshull Road/Cross Road and to review the Council’s previous decision to acquire this land in the light of service delegation proposals. Cllr. D Beechey – delegation proposals enclosed.

Report from Finance Committee including:

 

·        Precept 2009 – draft budget to follow

  1. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS - To confirm safety requirements for operatives working directly for the Parish Council and contractors working directly for the Parish Council – copy email enclosed.

 

  1. SPEED VISOR - Item carried forward from correspondence on the Planning Meeting agenda of 4th December.

 

  1. PARISH FLYER – Report on meeting at SCC held on 1st December 2008, Cllr. P Lusk.

 

  1. PROPOSED GEOGRAPHIES OF SHROPSHIRE COUNCIL’S LOCAL JOINT COMMITTEES – arrangements for the consultation on the Local Joint Committees, responses to be returned by Monday 16th February 2009. Relevant page from Draft LJC area details and JC Briefing Note enclosed. A map will be available at the meeting.

 

  1. ALBRIGHTON PARISH COUNCIL WEBSITE – update by Cllr. M Pate including new legislation on Freedom of Information Act.

 

  1. PLANNING MEETING OF 4TH JUNE. Consideration of this meeting as it coincides with Council elections which are now being held at the Red House.
