11/05003/FUL Installation of roof mounted solar panels Cosford Grange Farm, Cosford, Albrighton.
11/05715/COU Change of use of existing Lodge House to provide boarding accommodation Birchfield School, Harriotts Hayes Lane, Albrighton.
Grant permission:
11/02960/FUL Erection of a single storey dwelling 51 Albert Road, Albrighton.
4. TO CONSIDER AN ACTION PLAN AND ESTIMATED COSTS REGARDING ALLOTMENT PLOTS 38 – 41 SUBMITTED BY fbc MANBY BOWDLER FOR APPROVAL.
5. TO CONSIDER A PROPOSAL FROM SHROPSHIRE COUNCIL FOR YELLOW LINES AT THE JUNCTION OF SHAW LANE AND STATION ROAD AND TO PROVIDE FEEDBACK TO SHROPSHIRE COUNCIL.
6. TO CONSIDER THE PURCHASE OF LAND FROM THE ALBRIGHTON SPORTS AND SOCIAL CLUB AND TO REVISE THE RENT TO ALBRIGHTON ALLOTMENTS ASSOCIATION FOR EXTRA ALLOTMENTS AS A CONSEQUENCE.
7. TO CONSIDER JOINT OWNERSHIP OF THE PROPOSED ALBRIGHTON STATION ARTS AND CRAFT CENTRE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE ALBRIGHTON AND DISTRICT CIVIC SOCIETY AND BECOMING JOINT APPLICANTS FOR THE LOTTERY BID.
8. TO CONSIDER A DRAFT CONSULTATION DOCUMENT FOR LOCAL RESIDENTS AND GROUPS FROM CLLR. LUSK REGARDING SPENDING PRIORITIES FOR 2012/13 AND BEYOND – draft document enclosed.
